I have spent my career directing and facilitating individual and collective development in both traditional and experimental learning spaces. Historically, I’ve worked as a professor, trainer, and consultant in the United States, Nicaragua, Vietnam, and the Middle East.

For five years I served as a client manager for a software company based in Singapore, guiding and training institutions throughout Asia-Pacific to promote institutional adoption of digital learning and analytics. I designed and delivered over 100 workshops, and facilitated talks, as well as keynote addresses throughout Asia while in this role.

Thank you, for teaching and learning communities around the world! For ten years (2012-2022) I provided learning and development webinars, workshops, and more extensive training for educators, managers, and leaders globally.

In late 2022, I finished my last digital learning training commitment for an independent fully online school. Please see my Updated Training 2023.

If you are working in the field of learning and development and find yourself forging ahead with super limited resources, I may be able to support your process through a coaching conversation that illuminates your next steps. Module descriptions may inform your current concern or wonder, especially in the landscape of accessible AI and ChatGPT outputs.

Dr. Susan’s skills in pedagogy and technology are highly recommendable. Because of her training program, we were able to shift to fully online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I had a chance to work with Dr. Susan directly during our LMS on-boarding. As a Client Success Manager in Asia, Dr. Susan conducted a series of training for our faculty members and administrators concerning online course development and delivery. All the knowledge and skills that she has shared during the training is part and parcel of our online learning program’s success, including the development of our blended learning mastery program. Her ability to engage the participants during the workshop is remarkable.
— Marlon Gado, Director at De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute

Finally! Create from a personal and/or professional learning experience that has emotional resonance. From feelings and memory, create a logical pathway that results into an effective learning sequence.
